2.If you order with insurance,when package arrives,please unpack for careful check before sign it.If any damage found,you have to ask the carrier to confirm the damage with signature first and then sign for receiving.Because shipping service differs from different companies in different countries,please contact the shipping company to claim the damage first, no matter with confirmation of carrier or without.
Then email to service@pathostale.com with damage photos and reference number you get from the shipping company.Pathos Tale will make insurance claim for you.
