If it is related to quality defect,it will be resolved by Pathos Tale free of charge.
Damage caused by human factor,such as improper makeup removal or polish,broken by drop from higher place,the additional fee and shipping for repair has to be paid by you.
The problem which is not related to human factor but defined as normal phenomenon,will be considered as normal situation(please refer to Non-quality problems).
