1.Pathos Tale products are resin artwork by purely-handicraft,which can be ordered with full payment in advance and needs 7-10 weeks before shipment.
2.Order can be placed via emails and payment by Paypal or bank transfer are accepted.A 2-4 month layaway is available if you need.
3.Pathos Tale specializes in handmade art.The prototype is hand-carved sculpture,not by 3D print.So 100% perfect symmetry can not be guaranteed.Please reconsider before order if you are very perfectionist.
4.Doll itself is consumable in addition to its resin,the skin color changes due to contact with air or sunlight as time passed,for example,white skin turns yellow or normal skin becomes dark.It is unavoidable normal chemical reaction.
5.If it is related to quality defect,it will be resolved by Pathos Tale free of charge.Damage caused by human factor,such as improper makeup removal or polish,broken by drop from higher place,the additional fee and shipping for repair has to be paid by you.The problem which is not related to human factor but defined as normal phenomenon,will be considered as normal situation(please refer to Non-quality problems).
